FAQ
Weekly (every Friday). Pay period begins every Saturday and ends the following Friday. Time card must be submitted by Friday at midnight.
Both opportunities are available. You have the power to choose what best suits you.
Normal business hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Staffing coordinator and/or manager available on call 24/7.
- Current license/Certification
- CPR
- ACLS (if applicable)
- CPI (if applicable)
- Immunization record or titers (within 10years)
- Hepatitis series or declination form
- 2 Step TB( within 1 year) or chest xray with 5years
- Physical exam (within 1 year)
- Completion of competency test and/or skilled check list (as required by state)
- Subject to background check
You can choose:
- Hospital (acute and long term acute care)
- Rehabilitation Facility
- Long Term Care Rehabilitation Center
- Mental Health Facility
- Clinic
all employees are required to utilize direct deposit. If an employee does not have a bank account or pay card, employee will be offered debit pay card.
