How to Apply for Job

2. Upon completion of application, you will receive a thank you confirmation. Within 24-48hours a recruiter will reach out to you for an interview.
3. Upon successful completion of your interview, you will begin the onboarding process.
4. Upon successful completion of the onboarding process- you can begin scheduling shifts. 

All applicants are required to submit the following:

• Current license/ certification
• BLS
• ACLS (if applicable)
• CPI (if applicable)
• Immunization record or titers (within 10years)
• FLU
• Verification of Hepatitis B Series or Signed Declination
• 2 Step TB (within 1 year)
• Physical exam (within 1 year)
• Completion of competency and/ or nurse skill checklist (as required by state)
• Subject to background check
• Subject to drug screening
